View and Consider Briefing

List View

The list view consists of three areas which show briefings that have been addressed to you personally:

  • View of all unread briefings before or during their validity. Daily briefings are only shown on the day of their validity.
  • View of all read briefings before or during their validity. Daily briefings are only shown on the day of their validity.
  • View of all briefings that have ever been addressed to you. Daily briefings are only shown on the day of their validity.

Clicking the heading of a briefing opens its contents.

A Briefing

consists of four vertical sections:
  1. Heading
  2. Data Container
  3. Text Section (if any)
  4. Status Section

The Data Container can hold up to 5 files. When you click on a file, it opens in a new window.
After opening the file, it is marked as read (green).

The Text Section is optional. If a briefing consists solely of added files, the text area will not be displayed.

The Status Section contains the following information about the briefing:

  • The brief has been addressed to you for review and is unread. Please read all files and mark the briefing as "read and understood" thereafter.
  • The brief has been addressed to you for review and is read.
  • You are the author of this briefing. In this case it is automatically considered as read.
  • You have neither been addressed, nor are you the author, but due to your authorization as administrator, supervisor or planner you can view the briefing. A read confirmation is neither necessary nor intended.
