04 Supervisor

Supervisor

The day in progress – who is on duty, who is missing, who steps in and who is working which position.

Supervisors (shift supervisors, watch managers) work with the published roster. The entries Absence, Time and OPS Schedule appear in the sidebar under SUPERVISOR as soon as an OPS unit is active.

  1. 01 Situation on the dashboardFor each day, the supervisor board shows which shifts in the pattern are covered, where someone is missing and who is on duty in addition. It also lists expected calls and offers the FACK fatigue check.
  2. 02 Recording an absenceEnter sick reports and other short-notice absences as soon as the call comes in. Rostify shows straight away which shifts need to be replaced.
  3. 03 Replacing a shiftBelow each absence are the shifts that drop out. You assign them directly to a person, advertise them as overtime or record that no replacement is needed.
  4. 04 Overtime callYou advertise a shift that has dropped out to selected colleagues. Those who can volunteer; you assign it with one click and everyone is told the outcome.
  5. 05 Recording timeUnder Time you enter ad hoc overtime, record clock-ins and clock-outs for staff and correct assigned overtime.
  6. 06 OPS scheduleThe day's operational schedule – who on duty is working which position and when. Drawn by hand or assigned automatically, checked live against the rules.
  7. 07 Display in the operations roomThe OPS schedule can be shown on a screen in the operations room – via a fixed link or a paired device.
  8. 08 Writing briefingsWith E-Briefing, information reaches exactly the people who need it. Compulsory briefings are read, with proof, before duty begins.
  9. 09 Checking licencesThe Alerts list shows whose licences are about to expire or have expired. Supervisors enter renewals directly.
