Dashboard

After logging in, the DASHBOARD for your authorization group opens.

The DASHBOARD for employees shows the following items at a glance:

• Published rosters
• Your shift today and the next shift thereafter
• Incoming shift swap requests
• Outgoing shift swap requests

INCOMING shift swap requests can be accepted or rejected directly.
OUTGOING shift swap requests are only visible as long as they have not been accepted or if they have been declined.
Declined requests are shown as crossed out crossed out in the outbox.

You can cancel outgoing requests that have not yet been accepted by pressing CNL REQUEST.
You should delete rejected requests as soon as you have taken note of them.

If Rostify is activated for sending SMS or push, the exchange partner will automatically be informed after acceptance or rejection of the shift swap request.
