Use the time clock function to adjust your employee's daily time accounts.
Please only enter changes to the current roster.
If an employee's starting time does not match the planned time, please use the "CLOCK IN" button.
If an employee's departure time does not match the planned time, please use the "CLOCK OUT" button.
After an employee has been clocked in or out, information can be added in the "Comments" field.
Entries can be deleted by the shift supervisor or duty planner up to seven days after the entry has been made.
If an entry causes a negative time difference, it is usually an unpaid absence (compensatory time-off).
If there is a positive time difference, it is usually a question of overtime on the time account, which can neither be paid out immediately nor can be offset again.
The actual billing depends on the employer's modalities.
Each time clock event can only be used once a day.
So you can only clock in and out once.
If an employee has a regular shift scheduled on a day, clocking in must be done before and after work.
You can also clock in or just clock out. The total time is calculated automatically.
