Colours and markings

What frames, backgrounds and hatching mean in Rostify – sorted by view.

  • For
  • Everyone

The same everywhere

  • Grey – weekend, or: not available or not clickable.
  • Pink – public holiday.
  • Light yellow – absence: leave, sick leave or other.
  • Red hatched – rest period too short, or too many shifts in a row.
  • Yellow hatched – request ≠ roster, or a general request is not met.

Shifts also have the colour the Planner set in the shift definition. A night shift that ends after midnight also colours the following day.
