Reading briefings
Briefings are binding or informative messages to your unit. You confirm compulsory briefings after reading them – only then do you count as briefed.

Where briefings appear
- In the sidebar under
Briefing– highlighted in colour while anything is unread. - On the dashboard in the Briefings card.
- On the supervisor board: anyone who has not read a valid compulsory briefing is underlined in red there.
My briefings
Briefing opens the My briefings list with three views:

| All | All briefings addressed to you. |
The table shows priority, caption, online date, validity, number of files and author. Click the caption to open the briefing.
Priorities

Daily pink |
Daily briefing – only visible on its day. Must be read. |
Info blue |
For information only, no obligation to read. |
UFN under Valid To means "until further notice".
Reading and confirming
- Open the briefing. The priority, title and period are shown at the top, with the files, content and author below.
- Open every attached file. Each file opens in a new tab; opened files turn green.
- Tick I have read and understood the entire briefing. The box only becomes active once all files have been opened.
The status changes to CONSIDERED. A confirmation cannot be withdrawn.
If you are the author of a briefing, it automatically counts as read for you (status Owner).
Daily briefings
Daily briefings give information about the current day – such as closed sectors or special traffic situations. They are only visible on their day and are deleted automatically after seven days.
