IST and SOLL in detail
Both printouts show two lines per person: at the top in grey, sick reports, time clock differences and overtime in hours; below, the shift. Night shifts are split between the start day and the following day, whole-shift overtime is shown in red, marked shifts in blue. Depending on the settings, the IST roster has a last page with the pattern and shift times. The footer shows the page, the time of printing and your initials.
CSV and XLS
- CSV contains all entries of the unit's staff in the month – including those from other units (with alias) and placeholders. One line per entry.
- XLS is a tab-separated table with one row per person and one column per day, without placeholders. It opens directly in Excel.
Both exports are suitable for payroll or your own analyses. If there are no entries in the month, no file is generated.
In support units, the printout button is called Print (Support – Einsatzplan, the support duty roster).
