Logs and quotas
Who signed in when, which messages Rostify sent and how much of the agreed quota has been used.

Quotas
Super admins see three tiles on the dashboard: SMS used in the current month, active Users and Departments, each compared with the agreed quota. Above 85 % the bar turns red. Once the SMS quota is used up, no more SMS are sent; notifications to registered devices continue to work.
Sign-ins
Rostify logs every sign-in with time, initials and IP address; failed attempts are marked FAIL. The log is kept for about eleven months. You can view it on request from Rostify support.
Message log
The Message log lists every notification and SMS of the last few days: recipient, channel, status (push sent, confirmed, SMS sent, not reachable, quota used up …), text, kind and times. At the top it shows the push confirmation rate, the number of SMS and the state of the automatic SMS follow-up.
You can view it on request from Rostify support. If the dashboard shows Timer is not running, the SMS follow-up is not working – report this to Rostify support.
Retention
After about eleven months Rostify automatically deletes the sign-in log, the message log, actual and target rosters, shift exchanges and time clock entries. Leave applications are deleted after four years, daily briefings after seven days.
