Observers see how a unit is staffed and can read rosters and briefings – without changing anything themselves.

What observers see
| Area | Content |

| Dashboard | The supervisor board with the daily staffing of all units in which you are an Observer – without the fatigue check and without expected calls. |
| Group roster | The published months as PDF under ROSTER in the sidebar – see Calendar and printing. |
| Briefings | In the All view, additionally all briefings addressed to your units. When you open one, its status shows OBSERVER. |
What observers do not do
Observers do not enter shifts, absences or overtime, do not acknowledge briefings on behalf of others and have no access to personnel data.
